What should I do if I cannot track my order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically
If you find some problem in viewing any information regarding your order, you are recommended to contact us for the same so we can follow up your order.
What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call and SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to wowbeautyindia.com.
When the parcel is returned back to us you will automatically receive an email asking if you need to resend the parcel. The parcel will be hold by us at Order Processing Unit for a week After email e sent to you. If there is no revert or information form your side, then the order will be cancelled.
Also the shipment cost if resending the parcel will be borne by customer
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
When you receive a damaged parcel you can just refuse to accept it.
All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Centre, complete with security tape that should be visible and intact.
